English for Internationals offers adult English Classes for everyone to develop English language skills through practice in Grammar, Reading, Writing and Listening and Speaking. Learning and applying the skills that are taught in classes has a very positive impact on our student’s lives. The Adult ESOL Program is an instructional program of noncredit English language courses designed to improve the employability of the state’s workforce through the acquisition of English language communication skills and cultural competencies. ESOL courses are for adults wanting to learn to speak, read, and write the English language.
Literacy Volunteers of Maricopa County is a community-based 3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving adult reading, writing, and mathematical skills, and preparing for the GED. Additionally, LVMC offers English language classes that include civics and citizenship lessons. Lessons for all learning styles. Our classes are designed for adults who want to learn how to communicate effectively in their chosen language. Whether you want to travel the world, communicate with friends and family or advance in your career—learning a new language allows you to experience a sense of achievement that comes with challenging yourself.
Students must attend an information session to register for classes, and registration is required in order to attend these classes.
